HOW TO ORDER
We use two ways for distributing orders; by air and sea. We try to do business as simple as possible, we are offering handicrafts and furniture from a developing city in Yogyakarta - Indonesia. We offer hi-quality products which
are made by skilled craftsmen professional. We are sure that our products will satisfy our customers. Upon receiving your order by e-mail or fax we will issue a sales confirmation. If you agree by confirming by the sales, please read the information of the payment rule.
Our products are generally not dutiable and there is no quota. If quotas apply some items for certain countries, we will inform you when you order. We have some colleagues who might have the products if you do not find the product you are looking for in our catalog pictures. If you are interested, we can act as your buying agent. We can probably get better price and high quality products than you find by your self.
Please feel free to forward any special requires about products you want. If you want to order based on your own design, please contact us and send your design in detail :

SHIPPING AND FACTS COST
Our wholesale customers ship the merchandise using 20 ft or 40 ft container for order worth approximately US $ 4,000 to US $ 8,000 and US $ 12,000 to US $ 20,000 or even smaller order worth US $ 1,000 to US $ 3,000. Our customers believe that they can minimize the cost trough this kind of shipment.
We can accommodate the order shipment, or you can choose the cargo company to ship your merchandise. You can purchase the insurance in Indonesia trough the cargo company or the local agent.
PAYMENT
We apply simple terms of payment, credit card, PayPal, money order is accepted. For wholesale and retail orders of more than US $ 1,000 we require 50% payment of bank transfer at order time and 50% balance at shipping time. You will find all information of payment by sending email at
